COMPLIMENTARY PESTICIDE INVENTORY

It is the philosophy of Roxbury Farm & Garden Center that we should all be responsible gardeners.  We believe that the use of pesticides can be managed in a way that has minimal impact on the environment.  We suggest:

1.  You buy amounts of pesticides which can be used in a reasonable period of time.
2.  Read labels of the pesticides stored at home.  Many different pesticides accomplish the same objective.  Don't buy a new pesticide when you already have ne in storage that will accomplish the task at hand.
3.  Always store pesticides in a place safe from children, out of direct sunlight, and away from extreme temperatures such as freezing and high temperatures.
4.  Keep a small package of clay based kitty litter on hand to pour over spills.  Wrap the litter in newspaper and contact your landfill for instructions.
